i. SHIPPING AND TAXES
Judy Sledge Designs ships exclusively within the United States. All shipping and handling charges will be applied to your purchase at checkout.

Sales Tax
Michigan residents will be charged the applicable state sales tax (6%). Sales tax for orders shipped to other states will be applied in accordance with local regulations.

Processing & Delivery
Please allow 5–15 business days for order processing and shipping. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Note that processing time can be longer.

Insurance & Tracking
Tracking is included in shipping costs. Insurance is not included. Contact us if that is something you want to add. Ensure your provided email is valid to receive tracking updates.

Final Sale Policy
All sales are FINAL. Exchanges/returns are only permitted for manufacturing defects. This is on a case by case basis and exchanges/returns are not guaranteed. Contact Judy Sledge for more information before returning items. Unauthorized returns forfeit ownership rights.

Fraud Prevention
Stripe / WooCommerce secures all transactions. Trend Anomaly reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders, with refunds issued if applicable.

Product Notes

  • Colors may vary slightly from screen depictions.
  • All items are sold separately.
  • Each item is made by hand / embroidered by hand, so slight differences with stitching, color, and material between similar items can vary.

iv. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal Information
Data collected during purchases is used to process transactions, ship orders, and maintain records. Address verification may occur to prevent fraud.

Mailing List
Email addresses provided for newsletters will not be shared with third parties.
